We’re looking for an Aggregator Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team based in Bournemouth.

In this role, you’ll manage our portal relationships; ensuring that our presence on their sites is optimised and delivers against our business objectives. We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand our proposition, build and maintain relationships and develop new opportunities. This position puts you at the very front of the journey and we need someone with the confidence and personality to make a big impact.

Job responsibilities


  • Report on the performance of our listings ensuring they’re as visible and efficient as possible
  • Day-to-day management of our relationships
  • Manage and optimise marketing spend on all portal sites
  • Report on the performance of our product spend to deliver against impact and leads KPIs
  • Understand and stay up-to-date on new portal product launches and available inventory
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to support wider digital marketing campaigns across digital acquisition, conversion rate optimisation and customer retention

Essential skills and experience:


  • Significant commercial experience
  • Proven success of building strong relationships with both internal and
    external stakeholders
  • Ability and credibility to influence and persuade at all levels within and outside the business
  • Analyse numerical data, draw conclusions from it and make recommendations for future activity based on that analysis
  • Confident understanding of the company’s strategic, financial and business needs
  • Understanding of how data can drive consumer behaviour
  • Experience of managing marketing budgets to deliver against established goals
  • A persistent and, at times, tenacious attitude to ensure that every opportunity is given prominence and consideration
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills with tact and diplomacy at the very core
